DataRaker brings together three key data elements into a common hosted platform:

• Meter readings from various disparate systems (interval and non-interval customer meters and upstream network devices);

• Customer and meter attributes from the Customer Information System and other utility systems;

• Proprietary third-party data from non-utility sources, including building and customer intelligence data.

These data elements are validated, combined, and stored in our secure and scalable data repository (DataRaker MDM). The real strength in our solution lies in our powerful Analytic Platform that continuously processes the data with advanced algorithms and identifies significant patterns and events. This provides business users quick and easy access to the information and results they really care about.

Within the Analytic Platform, our Analytic Services team develops and maintains the most sophisticated, comprehensive, and precise set of models and algorithms available in the industry. This platform is not a “black box” however. Both DataRaker and our customers develop and deploy new models and algorithms easily and quickly.
